• See where the Ohio River forms at the confluence of the Allegheny and the Monongahela Rivers in Pittsburgh, PA
• Tour the first permanent settlement in the Northwest Territory and historic riverboat town of Marietta, Ohio with a local guide - learn about the area’s first pioneers and the importance of the Ohio River in the city’s history
• Spend 2 nights in Parkersburg, WV - experience the intriguing past of one of West Virginia’s most historic cities
• Visit the Campus Martius Museum & Ohio River Museum to learn more about the area’s frontier and riverboat history
• Spend 3 nights in Cincinnati, OH – located on the Ohio River, this vibrant city has a remarkable history and storied past
• Tour Cincinnati with a local guideincluding the Over-the-Rhine district - known for its 19th-century architecture, learn about the brewers and Bootleggers, and how the river served as the figurative and literal epicenter of the Underground Railroad
• Visit the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Gardens
• Enjoy a dinner cruise on the Ohio River
• Visit the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center - a Smithsonian-affiliated museum that gives insights into past and current struggle for freedom
• Visit the National Museum of the United States Air Force - the oldest and largest military aviation museum in the world
• Spend 3 nights at the Carlisle Inn in Sugarcreek, OH - located in the heart of Ohio’s Amish Country and known as “Little Switzerland”
