The Ultimate Broadway Musical!

Come and meet these dancing feet! Based on the classic 1933 movie musical of the same name, 42nd Street is the story of a naive young actress named Peggy Sawyer who arrives in New York City with her tap shoes and big dreams of becoming a Broadway star.

Peggy’s talent catches the eye of legendary Broadway director Julian Marsh, who gives her a spot in the chorus of Pretty Lady, his newest show. Pretty Lady stars Dorothy Brock, the classic Broadway diva, who takes an instant dislike to the new girl in the cast. When Dorothy is injured during the show’s previews, Pretty Lady looks like it will have to close, unless a new girl talented enough to lead the show can be found — someone like Peggy Sawyer!

Facing adversity from all directions, the young but talented Peggy learns about show business and discovers which relationships are most important in life. Peggy’s rise from showgirl to star is the stuff of show business dreams. 42nd Street boasts a stage full of talented tappers and hoofers bringing to life legendary songs like "We're In The Money," "Shuffle Off To Buffalo" and "Lullaby of Broadway." A classic backstage story, 42nd Street is a delightful throwback and crowd-pleaser for all ages!
